How it works
Every assigning platform keeps its own availability. RefSynced reads your games from all of them and keeps the rest up to date.
Connect your platforms
Sign in to each platform yourself, in a secure browser on our Connect screen. RefSynced never sees your password.
RefSynced spots the conflicts
When you take a game, it works out the time you're busy, including travel to the venue, and proposes blackouts on your other platforms.
You approve, it posts
Tap Approve on your phone or dashboard. RefSynced adds the blackouts, checks they saved, and removes them if the game is cancelled.

Your accounts stay yours
RefSynced acts on your behalf, so it's built to be careful. Read exactly how we protect your accounts.
- We never ask for or store your passwords. You sign in to each platform yourself.
- Nothing is posted without your OK. Every blackout, and every removal, waits for your approval.
- It only changes your availability. It never accepts or declines games or messages anyone.
- Everything sensitive is encrypted, and nightly backups are encrypted too.
- It checks its own work. If a change can't be confirmed, it says "please check" instead of guessing.
- No tricks. No CAPTCHA solving or disguised browsers. If a platform objects, we stop.
